The role of the Call Management Group agent is to receive, identify and qualify customers and their needs before to transfer them to the appropriate internal department. You’ll explore the interrelation between the particular business units, the processes of a global company and find out how a great customer experience within a strong IT company is being created. What will be your main responsibilities? • Responsibility for all calls, faxes and letters received into the Call Management Group • Communication with external customers (Dell Customers, Dell providers and carriers) and also internal customers (Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, Finance) QUALIFICATIONS/Skills required: • Fluent in English and Swedish • Drive for results and self-development • Enthusiastic team player • Experience in handling customer calls/ emails is an advantage Required languages: English-very good, Swedish-very good.
