Our team provides consulting services which enables Healthcare business units to improve their software development efficiency by implementing proven patterns and practices using Microsoft Team Foundation Server to build long-term organizational value. We are looking for an experienced TFS specialist with broad technical knowledge to join our team. Our vision is a consistent development landscape throughout Siemens Healthcare organized around Microsoft’s Application Lifecycle Management suite, Team Foundation Server. *** Education: * BS Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related software technology field *** Primary Role and Responsibilities: * Development in C#, PowerShell and TFS * Work with the global TFS team on concepts and templates utilizing IT technologies to get optimum system performance * Support in requirements elicitation and functional design of an integrated SW development environment based on MS Team Foundation Server (TFS) Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills * Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (5+ years) that includes defect tracking, source code control, requirement management and build automation * Must demonstrate deep technical knowledge and process expertise using TFS. * Must have experience with Microsoft.Net framework, C#, PowerShell, and SQL Server Reporting Services * Excellent listening skills; problem solving and collaboration skills * Good time management skills * Good communication skills, both written and verbal * Strong research capabilities and ability to learn quickly * Good command of English language *** We offer: * Family care program (subsidy for newborns, maternity leave, kindergardens, summer camps) * Retention program (work anniversary, life anniversary, additional pension plan, employee loans) * Extra days-off (bridge days, sick days) * Health program (contracted wellness providers, sport centers, salary reimbursement in case of illness) * Socializing programs (teambuildings) * Training and development program (business and product trainings, e-learning, language courses, soft skills trainings,…) * Referral employee program (bonus for new hire)
